  1. Sunday Nov. 14 :

    1. morning: Arrival at Charleroi airport, some 80 km from Antwerp. Polish guests are picked up by the host families and teachers.

    2. afternoon and evening: getting to know each other in your host families.

  2. Monday Nov. 15 :

    1. morning & afternoon: attend lessons at Olve in small groups, with different classes.

    2. late afternoon, after school: game in the (large) park next to the school

    3. immediately afterwards (18:00h) Collective meal at school.

  3. Tuesday Nov. 16 :

    1. morning: two more regular lessons

    2. morning: Welcome to our Polish guests at the town hall by the mayor and/or Councellor for Education.

    3. afternoon: Collective project work with some selected classes on main theme: migration past and present; living in a guest country; preparation of Wednesday evening.

    4. evening: Quiz, prepared by Belgian sixth-formers

  4. Wednesday Nov. 17 :

    1. morning: Guided visit to Antwerp City; meanwhile, Belgian pupils attend their regular classes

    2. afternoon: Belgian pupils join their guests in the city center for free activities, e.g. shopping.

    3. evening: Thematic evening with invited Polish people living in Belgium. Presentations, interviews and informal conversation.

  5. Thursday Nov. 18 :

    1. morning and afternoon: Visit to Brussels, with the entire Polish delegation and host pupils.

    2. evening: Free (party?) time, to be filled in by Belgian pupils.

  6. Friday Nov. 19 :

    1. morning Alarm call at 4:00h . Roll call at 5:15h at school. Goodbyes & departure for Charleroi by (chartered) bus. 7:00h arrival at Charleroi 9:00 take-off for Poland.
